GENERAL​

• Please be mindful of language when talking about the commission.

• If there are circumstances where I am not comfortable with the way in communication, then I have the right to refuse the commission & give a refund if needed.

FILE FORMAT

• Completed videos for ALL commission types will be made in an MP4 format with 30 FPS and 1080p horizontal resolution (1920x1080)

  • If requesting a video that is not in this format (e.g. vertical resolution than horizontal), please let me know during the request process, or else a plus charge will be required for the revision.​

  • For Type A & B, thumbnails and Twitter previews can be provided for free along with the completed MV.

• For Type A (Simple Lyrics MV) and Type B (Complex MV), the following files must be provided in the form submission:

  • .WAV/.MP3 of the music file (WIP/draft versions not accepted)

  • Illustration of character(s) (WIP/draft versions not accepted) (if there are none, please make sure to note this in the form submission)

  • Document of lyrics and/or vocalist line assignment (for chorus covers)

  • Document of credits (for vocalists AND staffs)

• For Type C (Animated Wallpaper), the following files must be provided in the form submission:

  • Illustration in a PSD file​

    • The following illustration MUST be provided with a separated background and a character with layers appropriate for puppeting. Please check this document to see if your illustration applies.​

    • If there are any questions, please let me know through my contacts. I will also check submissions to see if the illustration does/does not require the layer separation add-on during the payment process.

IDEAS / STORYBOARDING

• For ideas about the video, I will be making the video completely on my own creative liberty unless a storyboard is given beforehand. 

• Depending on the given storyboard & request, there will be a chance for me to refuse the storyboard and/or request made by the client. This may be due to reasons such as a lack of confidence in making the given storyboard faithful, the given request not fitting with my animation style, and so on.

  • If there is such refusal in the given storyboard, I will let the client know beforehand to ensure both parties are aware & make further actions if needed.

• A plus charge will be needed if the client wants a separate storyboard/concept board made by me. The storyboard/ concept board will be made within 1 week of request acceptance, and before the actual process of the animation production.​

REQUEST & PAYMENTS

• In the commission form, I will not accept requests that do not have complete art & audio assets.

• After review of the request & I have made contact with the client, the client must pay in full amount first, or else you will not be guaranteed a spot.

  • Payment must be done within 3 working days or else the spot may be handed over to the next client on the waitlist.​

• If the client is not accepted in the current round of requests, I will contact the client regardless for the request denial through direct messages. Client may then request to be put on waitlist, which will guarantee a spot after the current commission ends.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

• Work time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission. Please check each commission form for the expected work times.

• Client will be notified of the estimated deadline for each commission before the start of the production period.

• I will be most likely to put down all of the communication needed before the video start progress. Then I will most likely contact you again when the work is done.

  • Request to see an WIP will only be accepted twice before the commission deadline.

• At least 1 check will be provided before the final submission of the commissioned work.

  • Revisions will be available up to 2 requests. ​Each request can outline multiple changes, but will be counted as one when the revised video draft is sent. After the 2 requests, extra revisions will cost $15 each regardless of commission type.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will not be accepted at any cost before the given deadline.​

• After the given deadline passes, I will notify the current status of the commission to the client.

  • Depending on the progress of the commission, I will either give a full refund if the commission cannot be completed at all.

  • If not, I will set a new deadline with a partial refund given at the end of the new deadline along with the commission itself.

  • The amount of partial refund will be notified & confirmed with both parties.

• If the client was not cooperative in communication & was the reason why the commission was given late, I have the right to refuse to give the partial refund offer.

USAGE & COPYRIGHTS

• By uploading my work to ANY online platform, the client agrees to credit that I have made the video with a full link or tag to my Twitter/X in the video description.

  • I also have full permission to upload a watermarked version of the finished work unless notified beforehand.

• I will not accept art/audio that is not owned by the client (Ownership examples: Paid Commission, Self-made, etc.​). 

  • I will not accept any AI generated work, and will cancel the commission without refund if the asset provided by the client is found out to be from AI midway through the video creation.

  • Client will not be needed to pay for any assets that is made or used by me, as I will be using assets that are either commercial-free usage or is paid for usage by myself.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

• Commercial rights include the following:

  • Video used by an entity that are able to gain substantial monetary profit through their branding or through their associated corporation. 

    • Example: corporate VTubers, Vtubers will 10000+ followings on streaming / social media platforms, Streaming platform partners, etc.​

  • Video used for monetary gains in YouTube through original content or copyrights.

  • Videos sponsored by corporate entities (e.g. game company sponsors)

• Depending on the commission usage and the project details, a plus charge of 50~100% may be added into the commission fee for commercial rights. This will be discussed & confirmed beforehand for both parties before the actual payment.

  • Type C does not apply to the 50~100% plus charge rule and has a separate solid extra fee as follows:

    • Videos to be used on streaming platforms: +$50 ​

      • E.g. stream start/end screen​

    • Video used for branding (e.g. by a streamer / content creator with monetization) but is not used for streaming platforms : +$30 

      • E.g. video posted on social media for an event

  • If the commission was not charged with commercial rights, and was later found to be used for commercial purposes, then I have the right to take down the video & request up to 200% monetary charge of the original commission fee.​

• Commission request forms in this website for is for Personal usage commissions only EXCEPT for Type C. Please contact my  email (limoontei@gmail.com) for Commercial usage inquiries with a brief Project Outline detail (e.g.usage of the video, specific requests, asset outlines, etc.)

  • Slots are not applied for commercial usage videos.​
